Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the services provided by Copy Trading Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Copy Trading," "we," "us," or "our"). By registering for an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to use our Services.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the registration process.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Service Description

Copy Trading provides a platform that allows you to automatically replicate the trading strategies of other users ("Strategy Providers"). We are a technology platform and do not provide financial advice or investment recommendations.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to use our Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • You understand that all investment decisions are your own and that you are solely responsible for any gains or losses.

  • You will not use the platform for any fraudulent or illegal activities.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software on our platform are the exclusive property of Copy Trading Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Copy Trading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajkot, Gujarat.
